“An amazing hotel near Riobamba”

The decoration of the hotel is very unique. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. There are bunnies and alpacas on the property which are very cute. The hotel is also pet friendly so it is a good option when traveling with pets.

This place is magical! Every detail of the stay was special and unexpected. There was so much to explore on the grounds and it felt like there was a surprise around every corner. Comfortable, clean, excellent food.

“Unique and quirky hotel”

This is the most unique place we have ever stayed. This 250 year old hosteria/ hotel is an incredible experience. We had a room in the oldest part of the hotel. The ambiance and detailing was superb. Our room had a seperate seating area with open fire , but alas it wasn’t cold enough to light but there is also in-wall heating and the room was super cozy. The bed sooo comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. Even though its close to a main road once inside you would never know- it is totally quiet. We slept so well. The whole hotel is full of the owners antique art and collectables. Its like a living Museum. You can take a tour with a staff member to hear about the history and impressive collection. The restaurant food was very high standard. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed an spa treatment and 2 hours in the wet spa area. The spa is absolute magical wonderland. There is a courtyard with friendly rabbits and peacocks. A beautiful touch! The staff were excellent in all regards. We loved our stay!

Beautiful old hacienda, full of history with its wide collection of items. the gardens and common areas were outstanding and the food really incredible!

The room was very nice, very clean and with everything I needed. The food from the restaurant is very tasty. They have a SPA and I did a massage very relaxing (thank you Vanessa!), the best ever. The staff is nice and welcoming.

“A legendary place to Stay”

Everything. To begin with, it I have to say Oscar made our stay unforgettable. Indeed, it was our honeymoon and he took it seriously. Our room was beautifully decorated with Rose 🌹 petals like in Movies. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. You have to understand that this is a legendary place where plenty of important (back in the days) people went overnight and some of them actually lived there. (During the Conquistador era) Unique Hostería with so much history and a great library where you can find absolute gems from the past. The place is gorgeous (but too close to the Panamericana Rd). If you get to talk to Oscar ask him a room at the end of the Hostería, it's very quiet. There is also a beautiful view on the Chimborazo Volcan. About 40min drive to the top. Breakfast was very good, diversified and tasty!!! The staff is professional and friendly. We enjoyed our honeymoon and will never forget the hospitality received from the staff in particular Oscar. Hopefully we can come back one day..
