“Couldn’t be better”

Fantastic experience! The staff waited for us at the CR - Panama border to pick us up from there. They arranged parking for our car in CR. From there they drove us to their beautiful finca just over the border in Panama. We stayed in one of the cabins with lots of space, two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds and very peaceful night. The next day we had a delicious local breakfast. Afterwards we got a lift to the border again. 10 out of 10

This was a lovely property close to the Panama border. They have one unit they let out. The finca grows lemons and coffee. The grounds are just beautiful and very well kept. You can walk around the gardens through the lemon trees. The views are beautiful. Doña Rufa, her son and the staff were lovely and helpful. She picked us up from the border to take us to her finca and took us back the next day. She also arranged for us to leave our car safely at her friends house on the Costa Rican side of the border. In the morning she cooked us a beautiful typical breakfast of meatballs, scrambled eggs and potato puffs. The casita was well equipped with everything you might need. There was a kitchen with a stove top and fridge freezer. We only stayed one night, but would happily stay longer.

Our host was wonderfull, she did everything for us to feel comfortable! She even made a fire in the fire pit for our son :) The property is a "limones" farm so we enjoyed fresh lemonades and a very nice walk in the morning. Everything was perfect, the views amazing and we would definitely come back!
