-No dinner no gym in the hotel, long bus transfer to everything -Bedsheets are not clean, plenty of fungus in the bathroom -Food at dinner was not fresh and cutlery was dirty -We booked a room for 4 and there are only 3 towels provided each time -They charge you R$20 extra for each pool towel

We kind of went in blind on this hotel. We weren't sure what we were getting with the lack of descriptive photos online, but we were blown away. Our room was amazing with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a loft with two beds and a bathroom. It was beautiful and so spacious. It came with access to hot park and the hot springs and a shuttle that takes you there and brings you home. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay as well. It was said beautiful and such an amazing stay !!! Our daughter got sick during our stay and a ambulance came and picked us up and took us to the Rio Quente clinic to be checked out by a doctor. Everyone was so helpful and really great care.
