The hotel did not accept luggage before check-in. Only one receptionist could speak English even though the hotel is located nearby a conference center where international clients are to be expected. The room did not have a safe and the door of the room had been clearly broken in before. For breakfast our request to have tea was refused. They only serve coffee and they pretended to ignore of what tea was even after showing a picture of it in order to avoid evident language barriers. Even though we went for breakfast quite aerly aroud 7am, our request to have a refill of papaya on the fruit tray and scrumble eggs tray was refused. Grumpy kitchen personnel. Plastic cutlery. Overall dining room seemed quite dirty. The experience was so bad that after 1 night, out of the 5 booked, we left. Overall, not a good experience. Not recommended.

Parking available Breakfast options are not bad Lunch and dinner available through order and also room service available. However most if not all staff don't speak English at all so it will be hard to coordinate this
