“Excellent location and great amenities”
The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all main attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room looks exactly like the photos, it’s comfortable and well-equipped. A big plus is the reverse osmosis water filter in the room. I also enjoyed the common areas, especially the gym and the laundry room with washers and dryers.

“Big Brother entry system for an amazing value for money accomodation”
Great studio flat, quiet A/C, faultless keyless face recognition entry exit system. Lapa is a very "lively" area of Rio and where locals and tourist come to dance Samba, mingle and drink!! This is good and bad as at night you need to be aware of surrounding. Had no problem what's ever.

“Great apartment!”
Everything was spotless, it had all the necessary amenities and it also provides toiletries and repellent. The only thing I would suggest to the guests is asking which side is the AP located because mine was facing other buildings and a road which made it a bit noisy and no view whatsoever.

“Excellent value for money in the downtown area!”
Excellent property in the downtown area. Just a 5 minute walk from the very popular Selaron steps - so you can wake up at 7 and try to get a jump on the queues! The property also has a pool, gym, and laundry. Just 15 minutes by taxi to the popular beaches - Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon.

“I was angry when I arrived because of the apartment which was small but the personal did very good and was very reactive”
It was nice, clean with all the necessary, with a good location, the building is very safe and secure with a pool, gym etc we just loved our stay there

“Home from home”
There was a lot of space in the property, plenty of utensils for cooking, free soaps for the shower and free laundry machines. We didn't really use the common space but it seemed really well laid out and looked after. It was like a home away from home and really comfortable. The metro and tramlines weren't too far from the property either.

Very expensive - we assume due to Carnival but perfect in every other way. Facilities and service exceptional. 24 hour whatsapp assistance was wonderful for peace of mind. Welcome gifts were very kind and adequate it personal and feel like home. Except for Carnaval price 10 out of 10.

“Apartment with all you need and a good view”
Good location if you want to stay in Rio proper. Very helpful and accommodating host, who managed to arrange bag storage for us. Very clean apartment, fresh towels etc. Great view.
