“Ok but close to the beaach”

The room was like in the Booking images, was pretty big and clean. The bathroom was clean, with 2 big towels + 1 small towel (some towels had some small stains, but nothing to worry about), 2 soaps and 2 shampoo. The hotel's policy is to change the towels at every 2 days, but we asked a cleaning lady to replace the towels after one day and she was kind enough to change them. We left a request to get a room at a higher floor with a view and the receptionist take into account our request and got a room at 16th floor with view to the statue of Christ :D The breakfast was decent, a lot of sweet options and few of actual food. It had: 1 type of ham, 1-2 types of cheese, tapioca pudding, bakery, apple pie, butter, honey, jam, fruites (watermelon/papaya/pineapple/banana), scrumbled eggs, sausages or meatballs, coffee (very strong), tea, orange/ multi fruit juice - with little changes everyday.

“Horror room”
Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Was so small about 15cm between the bed and wall. Bathroom had mould, it was filthy. Window was a brick building with hot air coming up. Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Pillow was flat. Doona was stained. Key card took ages to get in the room, sometimes 20 goes to get in. Breakfast was ok. We didn't stay for our whole time, we couldn't stand it. Life is too short for a crappy hotel.

The location was great, check-in and check-out very smooth, staff was very helpful with check-in when we were early and our room was not available yet, they safely stored our luggage so we could go out in the town without worrying.

“Disappointing but good location.”
We found that the location in Copacabana was nice, easy to move around the south zone from the hotel. Rooms were good size and clean, and the bathroom was great. Confort in general was good.
