“Good experience”
The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast had reasonable spread and staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

“Uncomfortable stay”
The staff was nice and mostly friendly, specially cleaning ladies and breakfast staff. The location was 7-min walking distance from the beach and is surrounded by basic services, though the hotel crossing is a bit chaotic. The view of the Cristo Redentor from the hotel is fantastic.

The location is good, the lobby has some beautiful art of horses, staff in the breakfast room were working good. Enough power sockets in the room, a fridge (though very old).

“Terrible”
A nightmare this hotel. Window on 11th floor room 1104 never closed and reception wouldn’t answer phone at 11pm. I didn’t wanna force it and then be charged for it. We had to sleep with a very loud AC and very loud street sound. Very outdated and old. TV barely loads anything. Bed feels old too. Staff feels annoyed when helping. This hotel feels like a horror house.

I liked that the place was at a walking distance from Copacabana Beach. The Staff there are the star of the Show. They are very helpful and very nice to everyone. That is the best thing about this place.
