It is a great hotel. I was safe, indeed it is better not to go around walking at night alone, apparently, but I did not feel unsafe. The Hotel is great, it is standard, it would be better with a kettle in the room. Also only two lift which is not enough given the size of the hotel, you will wait a long time during "rush hours". The keys need to be reactivated a few times. You also need to pay a fee for your luggages at the end of your stay. For a "business" hotel, only one personnel speaks english/spanish FYI. Overall, I will go again as it is practical, standard, great location and safe hotel.

The breakfast is only available after 06:45, it should be at least from 06:00. they don’t offer special conditions for regular customers. Pool and fitness are damaged.

“Horrible - I will never return”
Breakfast was very good - this is the only highlight for the property. The room is ok and it shows that is was good in the past, but it seems that the management doesn't care anymore and is just running the property down.
