“B&B Copacabana hotel close to beach, good size quiet room and good buffet breakfast.”
B&B Copacabana Posto 5 is small hotel just 100 meters from Copacabana beach and close to several restaurants. Both room and bathroom were good size. Room and bathroom were refurbished in simple style. Also room amenities (wardrobe) were simple. Breakfast had good buffet selection. I had room to the backyard which was quiet even during carnival time.

The hotel is good value for money considering its great location. The staff is helpful and professional, the rooms clean albeit basic, and the breakfast was very good. The nice view of Sugarloaf mountain from the balcony was an added bonus.

“Great stay for a comfortable accommodation, budget friendly price and in a centralized location.”
This place definitely exceeded my expectations as we were coming from a horrible hotel in front of Copacabana. The location was central, close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Once you. were downstairs, you were close to everything. It’s a great spot between Copacabana and Ipanema, and I found that the beach at Posto 5 was a really nice place for swimming. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay, but we paid 40 reais each and got to eat everything. There were many delicious and healthy options. Lots of fruit, which we loved. We didn't get to enjoy the lounge area upstairs where the pool is, but we did get to check out the view, which was beautiful at night. The shower had great water pressure.
