The man who checked us in and out was very very rude. The bed was old and broken. Air conditioning made a noise the whole night. The place was not modern and very worn down

Breakfast was reasonably good, but could be better with additional items. Room was quiet good and very spacious. Location was also convenient as metro next door. Reception staff needs to know minimum English as they dont even know basic English. There has to be a excursion booth to guide guest for different activities for sight seeing as there was no such thing to advise people to move and guide guest for sightseeing to the city.

The shower was cold. The WiFi in the room was difficult to connect to. The door on the road side was so heavy that it was difficult. I want you to fix it.
