“Lovely stay!!!”
The apartment was beautiful, super comfortable and clean. The location was great with lot of options front door. When we arrived we had water, biscuits, guaraná and mate leão. Really good 😊

Tidy and modern apartment, less than 1min walking to grocery shops, 10min walking to the beach. The host is super thoughtful, even guided me to a good dentist.

The owner's availability and response to messages. The thoughtful gift of chocolates. The private laundry room with washer/dryer and drying rack. The large walk in shower. Ample towels, Quality bed linens.

“Fab Everything! Great value, location, apartment & host!”
- Fantastic location, around Post 7…actually, smack in between Ipanema (surfers paradise lots of waves…poshest area Post 10) & Copacabana Post 1-6 (calm & lazing around & walk into very calm waters to wash the sweat away). I seriously recommend that cusp for those who want the best of both worlds - There’s a 24hr supermarket 5 minutes away & 2 good ones just downstairs & across the street - Fab apt. Upscale design & elegantly furnished. Spacious & had all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. A great foundation for a great experience - The little local treats in the apt, Globo snacks & guarana drink, were very much appreciated as it gave us a flavour of Brazil on arrival. On top of that, Leticia was so thoughtful & supportive throughout our stay. We chatted via WA & kept in constant contact for the many day’s stay. She patiently answered all my msgs while we enjoyed RIo. I trusted her opinions to all my questions more than the internet 🤩! - Both the apartment & Leticia made our trip. Highly recommended!

“Great host and perfect place to stay in Rio!”
Very clean and spacious flat with very tasteful interior design located in Ipanema, very close to the beach. The owner Leticia was incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of recommendations for (very very good) restaurants and also other recommendations of what to do and where to go. She also helped us with storing our luggage after check-out until our flight. It really felt like she was going the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible in Rio. I would definitely recommend staying here.

“Incredible”
Excellent stay at Leticia's appartment. The location of the apartment is excellent just two blocks from Ipanema Beach. Te appartment is brand new the beds, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Leticia is an excellent host caring for the wellbeing of the guest at her apartment. I would recommend this appartment to anyone willing to have a great week in Rio de Janeiro!!

“Excellent safe clean modern apartment in a very convenient location.”
Excellent appointed apartment for one person or a couple. If feels so clean and safe. Its private, quiet and very comfortable overall. The air conditioning units from the hospital across can be noticed sometimes, but I got used to this very quickly, and even being a very light sleeper, I always had great rests. Everything is new and in excellent condition. The double aircon is really good and the small wash machine-dryer is super handy. The bathroom and shower is lovely. Very convenient location, everything you need is so close, just a few minutes to the beach. The owner Letica is amazing, she stayed in touch via whatsapp and helped with anything I needed. I have been to Rio six times and stayed in various apartments, but this one is the very best one so far if you don't want to spend a fortune and be very comfortable.
