“Sueno Real Rio Celeste -nice spot”

It 's a pretty nice spot next to Rio Celeste and a good starting point for tubing. There's also a farm with plenty of domestic animals, horses and birds. On the way to the River there were many monkeys.

Really handy location. Easy to get to. Large restaurant on site. Loved walking down to the river. Spotted toucans, sloths and poison dart frogs. The river was beautiful and blue despite torrential rain a couple of days earlier The onsite activities were great. We did tubing which was so much fun and we were well looked after. Staff were friendly. Our children loved the friendly dog too.

Location was fabulous for visiting Rio Celeste. Great (and cheap!) attached restaurant and lovely breakfast. Great access to the river just 10 minute walk down the track. Fabulous wildlife around the property. Best shower on our travels around Costa Rica so far... reliable hot water supply!

The location right on the river and the river tubing tour offering were great. The rooms were clean and spacious although very dated. They could use a refurbish. The staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant was okay but certainly not the best we have had in Costa Rica.

Second time here after 6 years. Still the same very pleasant motel-style accomodation, but renovated - especially the river zone, that is kind of a mini natural park that alone is worth the stay.

the location is great for a few days' stay for the Rio Celeste waterfall. All staff was friendly and welcoming; all the animals on the property are a nice extra too! They kindly arranged for a tubing experience and the guides were also great.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was great, the activities on site are awesome (horse back riding and tubing). I was there with my kids and our friends (7 kids between the two families, all different ages) and we had a great time!!

The adventure began the second I walked onto this property. Mauren checked me in, and before we could even finish with the checkin, noticed that I was getting along with some groups in the reception coming to do their tubing excursion. She said go join them, and let me take care of the administrative things after the excursion. Wow, I’m home, I thought! The property is out of this world. A farm full of magnificent creatures. Peacocks, turkeys, a warthog named Javier, who I got to experience a love story with a pig named Rosita. I’ll never forget that experience (that I was welcomed into by the incredibly generous staff). There were even horses, toucans, sloths and monkeys on the property. INSANE. The river on the property is absolutely magical and surreal. Spent a decent amount of time there. Jonathan, Danier and Mauren are such beautiful souls. They showed me their world with so much love and passion. They were so patient with my broken Spanish, and took me in like a friend. I’m emotional just thinking about them. Gracias Por todo. PURA VIDA!!!

I loved the animals that just roamed around the place. About 3/4 mile to the river ti swim which is awesome!

We really liked this place. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. It was nice that they were hooked onto the Restaurant and Lounge. The free breakfast was amazing. The food at the Restaurant was delicious. This place is close to the Rio Celeste River, so we spent time swimming and booked the Tube Ride excursion right at the hotel. Loved the animals they have roaming around. Definitely would recommend and would return.

The bed was comfortable, the property was nice, and the attached restaurant was great.

Booked this after a last minute change of plan and wished we could have stayed longer. Friendly staff, the access to swimming in Rio Celeste is a huge bonus and the onsite restaurant very tasty
