Just a 15-minute drive from Ringsted, this renovated manor house overlooks gardens and lakes. Guests enjoy free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi access and rooms with a flat-screen TV and minibar. “Dirtiest ‘4 star’ I’ve ever stayed in”
Paid £650 for three nights in what turned out to be an absolute disgrace of a hotel. Sheets filthy, mattress stained, pillows so flat they don’t deserve to be called pillows—and still covered in sweat marks from previous guests. I have photo evidence of it all: the dirty sheets, mattress, and those disgusting pillows. Found a bug in the bed, and even the head of housekeeping admitted the room was appalling. Noise from upstairs went on all night, and the manager’s response was rude and dismissive—offering only 50% off ONE night. Absolutely pathetic. Breakfast? Flies crawling over the bread and cheese, and barely any choice. The photos online and on Booking.com are completely misleading—pure false advertising. This hotel is nowhere near 4‑star quality. A complete rip‑off and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

The place is beautiful. Close to nature and a spectacular lake. The room was good, but it sure needs some renewal. The breakfast was tasty and had a good amount of options.

A nice and charming hotel in a beautiful nature area. The room was quite spacious. We slept with a window open and it was quiet and peaceful. We woke up to birds singing. I went to the spa in the morning and was all alone there which was amazing. Breakfast was nice and had everything.

“Really pleasant stay on our way to Copenhagen.”
Breakfast was very tasty and it was everything in there. My kids enjoyed the pool, although it was too much desinfection (chlorine) there and it was making me cough. We did not have time to explore more the outside area, it looked very nicce.

“Cosy, relaxed, friendly”
The setting is excellent, charming and relaxed. The dinner was good quality. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The location is picturesque.

The room was very boring. The breakfast was boring. A beautiful place and surroundings, but otherwise boring. Wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway.
