“Functional for the price but next time I will stay closer to EuropaPark or Rulantica.”
Very close to the station (Ringsheim) and to the bus stop to Rulantica and EuropaPark. Rooms are spacious and clean.

“Good location for a Europa Park visit”
The property is a few minutes walk to the station and bus stop. We stayed here to visit Europa Park so this was perfect.

The staff was very very nice and helpful. I appreciate that we could check in earlier in our room. We came by night train, due to which we arrived early in the morning, we were all very very tired and we were lucky that our room was already ready and we could get some rest there already. We also got help with finding hospital nearby, once when one of us needed to go to a dr. The design of the hotel is very cute, the breakfast good, there is elevator, there are board games to borrow, it has everything you need. AND Europa Park and Rulantica are close by, reachable with the bus that leaves 5min by foot from the hotel.

The stuff was very Kind in the morning -we arrived late in the night but still an envelope was waiting for us as informed by an email-. The room was very clean!! We had a great breakfast buffet -including ingredients for Mimosa cocktail!- We had a small surprise in our room because of my husbands birthday!

“Not recommended but the hotel will be used because of the location.”
The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Europa park. Another was if you ask for parking ticket at the Reception, the lady will give you the ticket which can be used for 2 times. Rest, nothing was good. There was lot of noise and disturbance in the night after 11:00pm by other guess and no one in the reception to take care of.
