The property is in an excellent location opposite the beach and has beautiful views out to sea and towards Malaga. There is public transport available across the road, taxi and bus. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The apartment is spacious with two outdoor spaces a small kitchen which is sufficient, large bathroom, large bedroom and very spacious dining and sitting room. Beach chairs and umbrella is supplied and this was very helpful. We were met at the apartment and a welcome bottle of water and wine was left for us. The lady was very helpful and we did not have any problems during our stay.

Spacious apartment overlooking the sea, large full length patio doors leading onto a huge patio space letting in loads of light. All the basics provided, well furnished with attractive decor. Highlights for us? Probably the very comfortable bed, lovely hot water, lift to apartment, central location and view. Hosts kindly provided a bottle of wine and water on arrival, much appreciated. Restaurants, shops (bakers, fruit & veg, fish, deli, mini supermarket, fashion), buses, taxis all on the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at this apartment

Xana met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. We stayed here over christmas and what a wonderful time we had here. The views of the sea, watching the street-life and the sunsets, we did not want to leave. Supermarket 5 mins round the corner, Carrefour Express 2 mins away, beach over the road. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walk. Bus stop and taxi rank outside. Could not be any better position and the apartment is lovely, comfortable, clean, fantastic balcony. Would love to come back!

“A great apartment with a gorgeous free view to the sea.”

A great, large and clean apartment, a brilliant view to the sea, located on the 5th floor - elevater was existent. Only 2 minutes to the beach. We were lucky with the weather in November and could still go to the beach, lie on the beach and go into the sea. (We were provided by two beach chairs and a beach umbrella). The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had the supplies we needed. The apartment is very central located, a lot of restaurants and bars (some were closed because of the season). Supermarkets close by. We had a rented car, which we could park at a public parking area at a supermarket (only 6 minutes to go). The airport and Malaga are easy to reach by car (only about 30 minutes). Rincon de la Victoria is a very clean city, the drivers civilized and also the beach was cleaned every day, though there weren't many people. Thanks a lot to Xana who manages the apartment. The contact before our visit and the hand-over of keys were perfect, though our flight was late. Xana, you do a great job! Hope to see you again in spring. If you are looking for a holiday apart the typical tourist centers we can heartily recommend this apartment. Rincon is a town were most of the tourists are from Spain.
