“You really feel at home at The Roses apartment”

We stayed at The Roses apartment as we attended a conference at the Pala Congressi. This location is excellent, as it is very close to the congress venue. Elisabetta was amazing since our arrival, extremely accurate in offering us all the information needed. The house is very nice and fully equipped with unexpected amenities from original shampoos and air conditioners to an outstanding supply of food and drinks. We really felt cared for and pampered. We do recommend The Roses apartment in Rimini and look forward to staying at this location again in the future.

“Very well equipped, cosy and extremely friendly owners”

More positives that I could possibly describe but here's some things I really appreciated: - breakfast and food available - having basic items in the cupboards to use was so incredibly helpful. We have been able to save money by using the oil, salt and pepper and the breakfast cereal, eggs and milk were much appreciated. - cooking facilities - so much kitchen equipment and everything I needed to make lunch and three simple meals for us to help us save money. - cosmetic items - I really appreciated that there was shampoo and facial cleanser, etc! I really enjoyed the facial cleanser and I love caudalie, its one of my favorite brands, so I used the hand cream and perfume every day. I wasn't able to bring much with me because can only bring 100ml liquids on the plane so this was so helpful! - spa bath - I took two baths and it was divine! - robe and towels - it was so good to have multiple towels and I used the robe every day. - Bicycles - being able to use the bicycles to get around was so much fun and a real plus, with more savings to be had as you might have to pay and rent elsewhere! I cannot express just how lovely this apartment has been. The two bathrooms has been very good and I really enjoyed reading my book upstairs for some peace and quiet time. We ate on the balcony twice and i had my morning coffee on the bedroom balcony.

“Absolutely perfect apartment for a stay to discover Rimini!”

What a wonderful, perfectly equipped and clean apartment!! Our host Elisabetta was very kind and helpful in every way. Even in advance she helped us in preparing our stay at Rimini. We felt like guests of an Italian family instead of being in the usual tourist environment. When we arrived after a long train trip, the fridge was filled with fresh fruit and yogurt. During the stay I had a birthday and to my surprise I received a small birthday present! The greatest thing are the two bikes that belong to the apartment and can be used to explore the area. This way, the distance to the old town or the beach is a pleasant bike ride through the park. The evenings we spent on one of the three balconies, watching the sunset. Absolutely perfect, I cannot imagine anything that could be improved! I highly recommend staying here for a visit in Rimini!

“Excellent stay close to Palacongressi”

The communication with Elisabetta was absolutely great and she was a superb host. Even during the stay, she almost immediately replied. The 2-floor apartment was very clean, cosy, all in Roses theme which I loved, there was even fruit, some food and drinks foreseen. I received a very nice tour through the apartment upon arrival and Elisabetta made sure everything was comfortable for the stay. The apartment was located at only 5min walk from the Palacongressi. The apartment has three terraces on which you can find a relax spot in the sun throughout the day. I would come back anytime.

“Perfect!”

The apartment was brilliant with three balconies with three different views. The breakfast (and the late drinks) in the attic balcony with the view towards San Marino mountains was beautidul. There were all the machincery you would need, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, wifi... We had two bicycles to use - the beach and other places were easy to reach with them. The superstore was near, so we could fill the fridge easily. Also, the old city center was near, nice 10 minutes walk in the park. Our hostess Elisabetta was extremely helpful with all kind of things. If you need a place to stay in Rimini and you don't wan't to go by the beach, this is absolutely the place for you!

“A simply perfect apartment and wonderful hostess!”

Everything went brilliantly! .... From the moment our hostess met us, and genuinely wanted to make our stay the absolute best it could be! Beautiful apartment, superbly equipped, We had our 20yr old daughter with us, who claimed the upstairs space and loved it, although we were allowed to sunbathe on her balcony, which had plenty of room for all 3 of us and has been beautifully finished with artificial grass and an awning. There are 2 other lovely balconies as well. Our hostess even supplied a dongle so we could cast films to the TVs to watch in English. Lots of room, everything you could need for a great stay. The road is quiet, you can walk through the park at the end of the road to the supermarket (10mins) and the beach (30mins) and the town centre (we didn't do this but its not far). Off road car parking at the front. A really lovely apartment ❤️
