We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, right next to the beach, and the apartment itself is beautiful and has all the comforts you could want. We especially loved the balcony with its gorgeous sea view – the perfect spot to relax. The service was truly fantastic: friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The host is great, nothing was too much, the recommendations were amazing for places to go and eat. Helpful having an app with information about the apartment and area. The apartment was just what we wanted, a get away close to the beach and with parking! What more could you ask for. The apartment has Alexa to control everything and also the wardrobes had automated lights when you opened them. Also next to the bed are wireless chargers for your phones. Shower was great and kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Easy access to the car park or the road on the front, and it's a lovely apartment block, having the shutters closed at night mean you can't hear anything outside so a couple of days we slept in because we had such a good night sleep!!

Nice interior, super clean, good location and cute gifts!

We had problems on the day of arrival, through no fault of the owner I might add, I am disabled and can only use a mobility scooter, we got there to find the lift broken down. We phoned the owner, who immediately phoned the apartment block administration to be told they did not know when it would be fixed. It was 4.30pm. so we had to find alternative accommodation, which we did. However I would like to say that the owner was very kind and understanding and has arranged a full refund. I would book his apartment again without hesitation.

“Wonderful location by the Rimini beach”

Nicely decorated modern apartment in close proximity to the beach. Good storage, kitchen with all accessories and a big plus for the many small practical things in place (soap, toilet paper, cloth washing soap, tissues and so on). Parking on property. Had a nice small terrace to dry clothes and where you can enjoy the morning coffee while overlooking the beach. Beach just in front with rental of chairs and umbrellas and with showers, toilets, restaurants and beach volleyball/padle tennis.

Very clean and modern apartment and well equipped for a stay of a family. It is very close to the beach resp. the beach promenade. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Elegance and Comfort in Rimini”

The apartament was well stocked with all needed items (olive oil, aceto, sugar, coffee, tea, paper towel and napikins, detergents...) and everything of very good quality. But not only, items are kept in nice containers that match the color of the kitchen. Kitchen appliances are also of good quality and in matching colors with the kitchen cabinets and walls. Dishes, bowls and silverware are of good quality in the right amount in white. Looked like new. There is a free private parking in front of the building that we could use. Very convenient.

“Ideal accommodation close to the beach”

I am wildly delighted with this apartment! Very stylish renovation! Clean, comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Balcony overlooking the sea. Devilishly comfortable bed! The perfect location just a few minutes walk from the beach and the main shopping street. The owner was very friendly. Overall I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury place to stay in Rimini close to the beach.
