Overview
This hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Lake Forggensee, 8 km from Füssen town centre. It offers country-style rooms and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps and the royal castles. The Alpine-style rooms at Landhotel Schwarzenbach are simply furnished with a bathroom and shower, and some rooms also include a balcony. Wi-Fi is available in the whole hotel. A buffet breakfast is served each morning at the Schwarzenbach. The traditional restaurant also offers Bavarian specialities and international dishes. A seminar room with seating for 20 people is available, complete with projector and screen. Landhotel Schwarzenbach also features a wellness area, offering massage and sauna facilities. The surrounding Allgäu countryside is ideal for hiking, cycling, golf and winter sports. Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle are a 15-minute drive away. On-site parking is free at Schwarzenbach Landhotel.

Supernice room and very clean room. It looked newly upgraded. One can tell that the owners are very professional. Lovely with a bottle of water on the table. Amazing views from the entrance of the hotel. Possible to secure a bicycle in the garage. Very quiet because my room was not towards the road and the lake. There were 3 dinner options. For those who want to dine: ask for the costs, as that was not presented clearly

“Didn't quite meet our expectations for quiet and relaxed atmosphere.”
Wellness&Spa zone is great: different types of saunas, delicious free drinks, clean but not very warm outdoor pool. Breakfast was nice - good choice of dishes. Very close to the lake which is great.

“Nice countryside hotel”
Staff is very friendly and the satisfaction of the guests is a major priority in this beautiful hotel. Very clean and organized. Breakfast is exceptional. A huge variety of everything. Wellness is also included in the price. We had the mountain and lake view. Castle Neuschwanstein was in front of us. Beautiful stay which we will recommend to everyone.

“Exceeded the expectations.”
The SPA experience was amazing, didn’t have many people so felt comfortably fine. The memory mattresses were cool. The breakfast was super tasty!!! I wish to come back with my family again. This visit was too short, to enjoy the facilities. Loved also the perfectly white towels and bed lining. Superb!
