“It was a perfect stay, I would come again.”
People were very friendly. Room was excellent. Complementary breakfeast was above expectations.

“Very bad service and dirty beds”
When we went to go to bed there was a lot of hair in the bed, both long and short, and stains on the sheets. Felt like the bed hadn’t been made. When we went to the front desk they weren’t helpful or nice. The clock was almost midnight and they wouldn’t let us leave our stuff in the room we had and go to bed in the new room, but wanted us to make a lot of noise in the hallway as we moved our stuff to the new room, when everybody else probably was asleep, all because of their fault. Furthermore we wasted a lot of time moving our stuff, even though nobody would clean it in the middle of the night. Therefore they get the lowest rate as they didn’t try to make up for what had happened and try to satisfy their customers.
