“Good Quality but Inexpensive”
This was a really good hotel, and the rooms are large and comfortable., with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Cost has been stripped out so crockery and cutlery are paper and plastic and all-day coffee is in vacuum jugs. But the hot breakfast ((including fresh waffles) is good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in downtown Richmond. Clean room which was quite spacious and comfortable beds with tea and coffee making facilities.

The bath didnt work properlly - only extremelly hot water was there. Even if asked for support two times to fix it, noone came to the room during my stay.

“It was very pleasant, the staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean.”
I liked how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. The breakfast was also very good. The elevators were really cool too. We absolutely loved the rooftop bar.
