Staff was super friendly, gave us adjoining rooms. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

“Room for improvement”
Cleanliness can be improved, Staff, especially the night shift, is not well trained and unprofessional. There are a lot of small things done wrong that might not have much impact, but make a difference between an OK and a FANTASTIC experience. I stayed at multiple locations, and Richmond South is the weakest so far.

On the way from Miami, I booked a room in this hotel and I specifically chose this hotel because there was a room with a large bed and a sofa. There were three of us traveling, so we needed extra space for the child. I made the payment immediately, without waiting for my arrival at the hotel... because I didn’t want “surprises” and wanted to be sure that I would have exactly the right room. when we arrived at the hotel and we went up to the room, it was a shock to me that they gave me a room with only one bed. When I went downstairs to find out why we ended up in a room with one bed at 2 am and where should I place the child!? To which they told me that they currently do not have the number I need and offered to take an additional 2nd number... I did not have the strength or desire, after a long journey to find out why this happened, I took the room opposite, paid for another room, Instead of going to bed peacefully, I still had to worry about this incident. The next day I asked at the reception why this happened and if they could help me and reimburse me? damage incurred? The guy at the reception wrote down all the information and said that he would give it to the manager and they would contact me on Monday. It's been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I was very disappointed that in the middle of the night I had to solve the problem of where I would spend the night, although I had paid for everything in advance.
