Rooms very clean,beds comfortable. Location is good. Towels in the room, large which was nice. Room is spacious. Cleaning staff really nice. Check out is at 12noon which was nice.

TV in our room didn't work, despite the maintenance tech attempting to fix it. None of the in wall charging worked either. We were there on business, it was very close to our jobsite which was a bonus. Staff was lovely.

The hotel was beautiful, rooms very nice. Breakfast great but EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED About the location of pool and hot tub..it was a nightmare even trying g to find the pool we gave up..we only booked here and paid 300.00 to use the pool and hot tub and very very very inconvenient to even find it..not impressed with that. Then we were told they share pool and hot tub with best western but you had to walk forever to get to the pool..we gave up..I would not have paid 300. 00

Within recent few years the hospitality industry went through the transformation and it became a challenge to find a hotel with good service. So it became a pleasant surprise when we were greeted at the front desk in very professional manner. Vitalina, a front desk representative, was friendly, personal, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the room was specious, and the location was also very convenient.
