I made a reservation through this website and booked a room to pay upon arrival. My reservation was for December 27th, with check-out on December 28th. On my way to the hotel, I received a call from someone who asked if I still wanted the reservation. I said yes, and that I would see them soon because I was on my way to the hotel. It's important to note that at no point did they ask me to pay for the room over the phone. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, and the woman who greeted me, who was very rude and ill-mannered, told me that my reservation had been canceled because they had tried to process my credit card and it hadn't gone through. I asked her to explain, and she said that they no longer had a room available for me. So, at that hour, I had to find another hotel with my young son after a 7-hour trip, and we were both incredibly tired! This is the first time this has ever happened to me!
