“It was ok. Staff were nice.”
The door had to be slammed over and over and over to get it to latch. I reported it to the front desk but it was not fixed during my stay. I didn't feel 100% secure in my room because of this issue.

The stay at Home2Suites was overall a very good experience and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent and they also had really good coffee available at all times in the lobby. The gym was open 24h. Rooms were spacious and it seemed very new and well maintained. The small kitchen in the hotel room was a huge plus. As for location, it couldn’t have been better for us as it’s located close to the botanical garden and the Zoo which are both worth a visit. It’s only a short drive to downtown St.Louis as well. The price was also nice compared to other hotels in surrounding area. It seemed very family friendly as well.

“Good for families. They have shuttles inclused in the price.”
I liked how well the room is established. It has everything you need for a couple of nights regarding dishes, fridge, and bathroom products. It is also pretty close to the zoo, where we wanted to go And, I loved that they have a shuttle. After driving for so long, I was glad and relieved to don't have to do it in a strange city.

“It was a decent hotel but was disappointed in the result of what I have stated above”
Asked and had reservation for 2 queen beds and got one king. When I inquired she just told me they didn't have any other queens although that is what I reserved ahead of time.
