“Total Dissatisfaction.”
Nothing. Bed was rock hard, neither of us had a good sleep after our flight from the UK. Bed and Breakfast is it’s marketing. We went down at 8.30am for breakfast to be told no breakfast available since covid. This is a total con! We should be given our money back. A total disaster for us. We booked this in good faith due to its comments on Booking.com We have used Booking.com all over the world this was a disgrace, Booking.com is also being conned. NJ

I don't think there was breakfast, We were not given any information on that and I had the impression we had to pay for breakfast. There may have however been some language difficulties.

“Great bnb in Richmond. Staff are kind and helpful. Safe and clean space to relax after your trip.”
It was very clean and the man who checked me in was very kind. It felt very safe and the room was spacious with its own bathroom. It was very perfect for what I needed that night. I had been travelling all day and just needed a place I could relax before continuing the rest of my journey.

Excellent location easy to get to via public transport. Easy commute to the airport in the morning. Large comfortable bed, storage for clothes/ belongings.

It was a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. As my stay was for peace and quiet, this was a great place.
