The staff were amazing !! Unfortunately we had a suite on the 2nd floor and we couldn't sleep for the 4 nights we stayed as the water pipes kept waking us up. We talked with the front desk after our 1st night and they said to just leave the ac on to muffle the noise. We said we would try that but unfortunately it didnt help.

“Great value hotel, good position, Ubered into downtown which wasn't expensive.”
Great to have a free shuttle to and from the Hotel to airport. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The reception Staff were exceptionally helpful, keeping our suitcase for a week before our stay and organising freezing space for our fish. Restaurant waitress was great fun and put on the heaters for us when the evening cooled down.

Perfect location within easy reach of the airport and by chance exactly where we needed to be the next morning for a coach pick up to Seattle. The sports bar is a favourite of ours as returning visitors.

“It’s great, I’ll definitely go back.”
It was very clean!!!! The location was perfect. They have an airport shuttle. There are 2 restaurants on site. They have paid parking for those who drive. There’s a pool. The housekeepers were really friendly and professional and the front desk staff as well except for one.

i really loved the room, nice and clean. great location, wasn't far from where the conference that i attended. i would stay there again if i have another opportunity to go back to Vancouver. My grandchildren really enjoyed their stay as well.

“Old hotel, livable status.”
The price was good for value. Seem decent hotel. Pool seems nice but we did not use it. The bed was comfortable. Has microwave and a small freezer.

Room was close to airport - free shuttle ride was easy from shuttle stop. Hotel approx 10 - 15minute ride. Smooth check in. Nice room & bed. Ate at Denny's close to hotel.

I liked that the hotel was attached to the Denny's and I could talk there without getting wet in the rainy rainy weather. I also appreciated that the airport shuttle runs 24/7

“Overall ok, but I would rather have breakfast included or at least cookies with coffee in the room.”
