The host, Jessica's husband William, was a fantastic host. So kind and friendly. They cooked us the most incredible and delicious Taiwanese breakfast and catered for our dietary requirements. The room we stayed in was roomy, extremely comfortable and they provided so many items and amenities to make us comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy. We loved the walking trail from the house into the famous nearby fishing village.

“Feels like a warm welcome to Canada”

This was the perfect accommodation for our first few days in Canada! William and Jessica make sure to offer the highest comfort and everything you might need, from free snacks and beverages to a vast variety of care products. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is a bit far from downtown Vancouver, but manageable with public transport (bus stop around the corner) or Uber/ taxi. On the other hand, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe, and you can walk to the local harbour for nice views and restaurants. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Whenever you come to Richmond or Vancouver you have to stay at William's and Jessica's House. They are just amazing and offer beneath their kindness a guest-experience which is not from this planet. Never experienced such a great hospitality before..... Everything is just perfect. From all the goddies they offer for eat or snack (24-hours around the clock), to the amenities in the bath room, the super-confi beds or the incredible taiwanese breakfast. This was our best stay during 4 weeks of travelling Canada.

Easy distance from the airport. Very comfortable bed and the host is lovely. Plus an amazing brunch to set you up for the day.

Large spacious house in the suburbs of residential Richmond, hosted by William and Jessica. Good room with en suite shower. Shower gel, shampoo conditioner and all necessary items provided. The room is meticulously and thoughtfully supplied with all that a person would need. Great cooked breakfast every day made by William in Japanese Taiwanese style from 8.30 am. In addition, toast, coffee, cereals and fully packed fridge and coffee tea options available all through the day and night. There are fruits, snacks, pot noodles and cookies throughout the day. Easy 10 min from airport and it served our purpose perfectly. For those wishing to spend more time in downtown Vancouver this may be a bit far but can still reach most places in 30 minutes by uber or an hour by bus and skytrain. There are laundry and ironing facilities on request.

Comfortable, immaculately clean, there was everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent breakfast and lovely selection of snacks available throughout our stay. A good location only 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport. A lovely 30 minute coastal walk to the harbour.

Host gave us excellent breakfast every morning; there are plenty of snacks and all kind of drinks if needed, including soft drinks in the bedroom inside a fridge.

The room and common area are clean and tidy. The property actually takes care of every thing that you would like to have. For example, you may want to have a hot tea when you are at home, but you don’t have to go down the stairs and get it as you can have it in your room.

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The house and our room are huge and clean. The house owner, William, is a very nice and helpful gentleman. He and his wife prepare breakfast for their guests on every morning. The menu is never repeated and the food is sooooo delicious. Every morning, we eat in the dining room with other guests just like family members. What a wonderful experience! You find all kinds of snacks, drinks, tea and coffee in the living room, you are welcome to consume them at any time you want. Even in our room is supplied with various type of tea and soft drinks. What a thoughful idea to the guests! The bathroom is equipped with 2 individual basins and a jacuzzi. What a luxurious facilities! There is a wall showing all the awards received by this property. I think William has done so well that deserves all this compliments.
