We had a $500.00 damage deposit on my debit card that has not been returned to us. The staff say it has been released, but we have yet to see OUR $500 in our account. Is this some sort of SCAM? Our deposit was from December 22, 2025. Where is our money?

“Very comfortable and pleasant experience”
Very comfortable room. Spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and provided a small takeaway breakfast when I was leaving early the next day. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to and from airport which makes travelling easier

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast!

Our flight arrived at YVR at around 9pm and they offered airport pickup service which was pretty nice. For ppl who don’t have phone number in Canada, we really recommend using the phone booth right outside the departure floor. It has a quick dial to the hotel reception. Last but not least, the breakfast was great, especially the potatoes.
