The staff were extremely unprofessional. They initially gave me a room that was already occupied, and after switching me to another room, they failed to provide a key card. Additionally, the new room was not the type I had originally booked.

“A top notch hotel!”
Big bright suites, friendly staff, very clean and great location. Close to shops, restaurants and nature reserve. We didn't have a car so it was perfectly located for us. Felt like coming home every day!
