The property has undergone some improvement, eg. shower cabins, soap/wash gel are available. Everything we needed was there and we felt warm and comfortable.

Service is really bad and unfortunately I have experienced this on several occasions. My room during my first stay was ok, but the second stay will be my last… dirty, falling apart, cold (as some of the rooms are not insulated well and radiator was not working) and quite dark. I was dry coughing all night which stopped when I put my pillow away… just a bad experience overall

“Bad experience. . .”
The room was too small and the bathroom was also very small and the shower had leakage in the pipe. 80 euros per night was not worth it. even connectivity was disturbed due to construction nearby. I was also planning to call for a refund but i forget.

“Our stay at TAT has always been a good experience. The rooms are warm and we feel well looked after.”
The property is in a very good location on our way to the ferry. It serves our purpose, there are supermarkets nearby and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I didn't get my hotel room. I arrived and no one met me. My reservation number was not in the database. I could not get into the room. I had to look for another place to spend the night in the middle of the night. So I still had a fine removed. It is my fault that my number was not in the database, they had no right to withdraw money from me. I am very unhappy, I did not receive my number. I want my money back. I will write a complaint, what kind of terrible service is this? I stayed on the street until the middle of the night, and they still removed the fine from me.
