The Kolonna Hotel Rezekne is a 3-star hotel in the centre of the eastern Latvian city of Rezekne, directly on the banks of the Rezekne River. The restored exterior of the hotel reflects its 1930s origin. All rooms have private facilities, telephone with local and international access, TV with international programmes, as well as Wi-Fi. “Reasonable stay in Rezekne”
Breakfast was okay, room was clean, beds were comfortable, free parking. Possibility to swith off ventilation in bathroom to midigate the noise, which was not possible in all the hotels we stayed during our trip in Latvia and Lihuania.

“REZEKNE GOOD”
The location was convenient, right across from the bus station, which made traveling very easy. If you don’t mind walking, the city center is also reachable on foot. The train station, however, is quite far from everything. Breakfast was nice, especially the croissant. The smaller rooms felt quite narrow and a bit uncomfortable, but the larger rooms are much better and more pleasant to stay in. Overall, the stay was decent thanks to the location and the simpler comforts.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is perfect for travellers with car, also it very easy to find it, if you use a public transport. Restaurant serves a nice food. Hotel is clean and a pleasure to stay there.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, I will definitely stay again. If you are interested in concerts at the concert hall "Gors", then staying at this hotel is very convenient.
