The placing of the flat is about 15 min by trám to the centre. The flat is equipted with the washing machine.

“Exceptional value in a great location.”
The whole thing from start to finish was brilliant. It's so reasonable and exactly what you pay for. No bells and whistles whatsoever but a car park 100m from the apt, 2km from city centre, fabulous boulangerie directly opposite and a warm, clean apartment with big old-fashioned radiators. It's not super modern or anything but the beds are really comfortable! And you feel like James Bond collecting the keys 🤣😁
