“Excellent hotel, good value-for-money”
The hotel is really well located and within walking distance to many interesting sights in Reykjavík. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we did not feel like anything was missing during our stay. The hotel staff was welcoming and responsive with all our needs.

Location is very good. It’s within walking distance to Reykjavik’s places of interest. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Always eager to help. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the facilities are in general good.

The hotel was clean and functional. Staff were friendly, breakfast was ok and the bar was good (especially with happy hour!) Great location for the whale watching tours.

“Amazing place.”
The people at the reception were super profesional, always helpful, and always with a smile and trying to help out. They are, by far, the friendliest I have encountered in a long time. The hotel is super nice, the decoration is amazing and it has areas for relaxing, for reading, for having a drink, etc. I felt safe, comfortable, and overall happy. My room was 643 and it had a nice view of the bay and the shipyard. Delicious coffee in the coffe maker, and the shower was great. Comfortable beds. The buffet was perfect with varied options. I had such a wonderful time, I would not stay anywhere else in the future.
