The apartment was just like the pictures—maybe even better! Clean, cozy, and welcoming, we loved our stay. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore Reykjavik in a really quiet area. The windows look out onto the garden, and the location is beautiful. Highly recommend!

“Poor information and communication to resolve issues”
It was a nice little apartment and ratings would be higher if it wasn't for the communication issues. We were given the wrong pin to enter the property and after arriving after a day of travelling were unable to contact any of the help numbers or hosts. After nearly an hour we was lucky a neighbour could help out after knocking around the neighbourhood. The host replied the next day with the code which of course was too late, I then emailed for the WiFi code which was advertised on booking and was sent the password for this the day before we left. After trying to resolve the issue with hosts after our return they have now stopped replying to me so I've had not choice but to let others know of this situation.

Wonderful accommodation for a jump to the city center. We felt at home there. We got all the instructions and they were helpful. I recommend it for a wonderful experience from the capital city of Iceland.
