The apartment was our home for 5 days. Perfect location. Walking distance to city centre, the sea, Perlan and BSI bus terminal. Close to supermarket and restaurants. The room is spacious with good facilities. The host is very nice and helpful.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It is in a good location, just outside the center of Reykjavik. It provided almost anything you may need to live in the space.

Conveniently located, great to have laundry facilities and free parking outside.

I booked the apartment at short notice, as due to a booking error in our hotel only 1 of 2 rooms was available. I had assumed that Iceland SJF Apartments was an apartment hotel, but then stood in front of a building with private apartments. After speaking with the landlord, Mr. Finnsson by phone, I was able to check in at short notice. My mother (who was staying at a nearby hotel) accompanied me to the apartment. I just wanted to stow my luggage and change before heading into town together. But I couldn't change. Less than five minutes after we entered the apartment, Mr. Finnsson was banging on the front door. He seemed very upset and wanted to know how many people I had booked the apartment for. I told him for one, which meant me. He didn't listen at all, but approached me very aggressively and said that he had seen a second person in the apartment, who had to leave the building immediately; it was stated in the booking conditions, and if the second person didn't leave within 5 minutes, I would also have to go. I apologized and tried to explain, that the second person was my mother and that she was staying in a nearby hotel and that she was only waiting for me to change, before we go into town, but it was impossible to talk to Mr. Finnsson. He talked himself into a rage and came very close. For a short moment I thought he was going to lose control and become violent. But then he left after threatening me again, that I also have to leave if my mother did not disappear immediately. To prevent worse, we began to rush to leave the apartment. On the way to the city center, I received another message from Mr. Finnson, in which he again pointed out that I would have to vacate the apartment immediately if my mother enters the building again. That was the end of the day for us. This aggressive and hostile attack by Mr. Finnson was so upsetting, especially for my 73-year-old mother, that we had to cancel our planned program for the afternoon and evening.

Sqeaky clean. Fully supplied. Large, with a nice view from the door over the bay. Even has a dishwasher and an oven. And "Andre" even was so nice to stay logged in on Spotify in the TV to allow us some mellow music for breakfast. Thanks mate, whoever you are. :D

It was comfortable and decent with enough space for 3 people family. It is a fully equipped apartment with free parking space, especially suitable for drving visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it really easy to explore Reykjavik. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything you could need for cooking and comfort. I was really impressed by how clean and tidy everything was - it truly felt like home. The host was also fantastic, always available and responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication seamless. I travel frequently, averaging 5-6 countries a year, and I can honestly say that these are the best apartments I’ve stayed in recently. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy Iceland even more. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment! Good location, Bonus and Netto supermaket at 2 min walk, free parking in front of the buliding. Very clean and warm apartment, modern with all the necesary things, well equippped kitchen. I have received, from the host, clear instruction before arriving. The apartment looks exactly like pictures or even better. 🤩 Hope to come back next year.

Very clean and spacious apartment on the upper floors with great views across the bay to the mountains beyond. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the balcony. It is well equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed in addition to a nice double bed in the bedroom. There are two decent supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away. There is no set parking place but we never had any difficulty getting a free parking scace very close by. It is a pleasant 15 minute stroll into central Reykyavik and though we didn't use it, close to a main bus route.

Excellent property! Very clean and tidy. Rooms were cosy and very comfortable! Fresh towels, great heating, good location! We loved the fact that Sigrour had taken great care of everything and was kind enough to allow early check in! Thank you !
