“Lovely relaxing comfortable stay at Hotel Island Spa. Good base from which we explored the Island.”
Clean comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Nice facilities. I enjoyed the spa. Good functional gym. Good breakfast. Delicious dinnes at the reastuarant.

“A very convenient hotel to use as basis for exploring Iceland”
The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfast great. For all the excursions that I booked during my stay, the relevant tour companies picked me up right in front of the hotel.

“Excellent customer service”
I loved the customer service. Emilie was phenomenal and she ensured we had the best stay possible, and all the other staff were also kind and considerate! We felt like we always had someone to ask for help, which was so important for us as first timers in Iceland. We learned so much from them and they were more than accommodating of our requests. The view from our room was absolutely incredible. Plenty of parking available and there’s always a space.

“Comfortable stay with great views and a perfect Reykjavik location”
The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated the convenient selection of snacks and drinks available to buy and take up to the room. The little restaurant on the ground floor was another highlight, serving very tasty meals in a cosy setting. On our second visit, we were upgraded to one of the panorama suites, which was absolutely amazing, with spectacular views across the city. A lovely place to stay and an excellent base for exploring Reykjavik.
