Central location and apartment was spotless clean

This is a beautiful apartment right in the city centre and overlooking the harbour. Facilities were outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here.

“A perfect place to stay for a family!”

Everything was perfect, the location, underground parking, being able to cook in a full kitchen. I highly recommend staying here. We did bring food and then purchased produce, meat & fish at the local Kronan which was walking distance. The owner met us and let us in a littler earlier then the 3:00 check in which was amazing after a red eye. We were a bit confused on how to get into the building but again the owner was amazing and walked us through over the phone and then met us to ensure we got in ok.

This is a lovely, modern flat with views of the harbour. Great location with on site parking. Owner was very responsive. Fantastic food hall nearby- well worth a visit. Also good to know some of the stalls offer midweek discount!

“Comfortable, roomy, warm, quiet, great stay!”

The location was perfect. We hired a car and used the parking onsite, which was great. The apartment is very roomy with plenty of space. Well heated, no problem with the facilities - underfloor hearing in bathrooms was nice. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic as it meant we didn't have to pack as much, as we were able to complete laundry during our stay. The only minor snag was that we were missing some cooking apparatus (no measuring jug, for example), and some of the saucepans do not appear compatible with the hob. This didn't impact our stay, though, and we got around it. Iceland is very expensive and the cost of living is 6th highest in the world (we were told by a tour guide). So we booked an extra suitcase for the flight and brought all of our own food, barr fresh meat, which we purchased at the local supermarket (just to give an idea of cost, it was £24 for 4 chicken breasts and £19 for 1kg minced beef! Those slices of cheese you get on burgers for £1 from ASDA were £4.50. Eating out would have been very expensive for a family of 5!) Highly recommend appartments over hotels. The apartment was very quiet, and the owner was easy to contact, and he answered any queries quickly. Kids loved it. Not a bad word to say about it! Great country 👏

“A Perfect Reykjavik Stay”

Our recent stay at this Reykjavik apartment was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment was exactly as advertised: spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The full kitchenette allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience, and the comfortable living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was unbeatable. A short walk to the city center, the apartment was also conveniently located near bus stop number 6, making it easy to access various tours and attractions. The nearby 24-hour supermarket was a lifesaver, and the famous hot dog stand was a delicious treat just steps away. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any questions we had promptly. The free basement parking was a huge bonus, especially considering the limited parking options in the city center. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Reykjavik. Highly recommended!

“Great apartment for a group”

The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions we had and went above & beyond to sort out a parking issue. We loved the location right next to the harbour and that stunning opera house, plus so many walkable restaurants, groceries, alcohol shop etc. We appreciated finding a range of basic supplies in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for our group, especially given there are 2 bathrooms!
