Excellent hotel and a wonderful experience throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kristian, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to help. His dedication and attention to guests made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention also goes to Marko, whose kindness, efficiency, and professionalism contributed greatly to making us feel welcome and well cared for. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist. We felt truly appreciated from the moment we arrived until the day we left. “Very pleasant stay and a better location than I expected”
The staff were so kind and helpful! Breakfast was great and the beds super comfortable. I was worried the location would be a bit too far from the centre but the walk was easy, safe and pleasant. And flat! And there is a nice eating hall (Hlemmur matholl) nearby.

The hotel is close to the city center, the rooms are comfortable and clean. They were helpful when we asked to keep our luggages in the storage room.

“An okay stay, very close to center, very good price/quality ratio.”
Room was very big and spacious, but felt a little bit "old". The bathroom was enormous, but had a bathtub and the shower was not very comfortable. Room was very quiet, could not hear a single noise from outside. Position was great, 5 minutes from the walking center.
