The apartment was in a good location to explore Reykjavik. The room was clean and well equipped but was rather small. The kitchen area was well designed but the microwave was located on a ridiculously high shelf.

Good location, very big apartament for two, kitchen with all the aplliances, ice machine in basement, very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown. Free parling inside the building.

Location was good, near bus stops 9, 10, 12, 13. Supermarkets and eateries are well within walking distance. Bus Terminal is a 20min walk.

“Pleasant 4 night stay in Reykjavík”

Great location - only 15 minutes walk to Reykjavík centre. 45 minutes drive from airport. Free car parking right outside the building and also to the rear. Only 15 minutes drive from a popular Northern Lights viewpoint ( I saw them 3 out of 4 nights I was there). The studio is compact but well thought out and sufficient as a base for exploring Iceland. It wa clean with comfortable beds. Excellent WIFI. Paid washing machine and dryer in basement for guest use (I had to download an app to pay, it costs around 6 euros for a wash - far cheaper than paying for an additonal bag on a budget airline). There are clothes airers in the laundry room that you can take to your room to dry clothes on. There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room also. Small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 2 ring hob and refrigerator, cooking utensils, cleaning products etc. Perfect for saving money by cooking your own food. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. Hairdryer in bathroom. Outer door is locked with a code/key fob so feels secure. The receptionist is on duty 0800-1700 daily and is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitley stay here again.

Friendly welcome, easy to contact and clear check in instructions. No issues when our flight was delayed and we turned up later than planned!

The place is within walking distance to the church area and all the shops. It is very calm and peaceful. The apartment is huge with all the amenities you need.
