Great location, just opposite to the beautiful and full of birds Hljómskálagarðurinn park. Also, close to downtown. The space with the trees, the grass and the flowers in front of the building was very nice.

We were already staying at Day dream apartment in another room, and wanted to extend our stay by one more night. We didnt get the same room and we booked this bigger room. We were a bit worried that we may have to again wait till 4pm for the checkin, however management was really helpful and arranged an early check in here, so we just had to move our things to this new room. Appreciate the kind gesture by Vladimir.

Not much, unfortunately. The location was reasonably convenient for Reykjavík, but the apartment itself did not meet our expectations.

It was near BSI Terminal, which is great. Comfortable, nice and clean. Easy to check-in and check-out.

The property is just across the road from the BSI bus terminal which was extremely helpful for us, since we had traveled through flybus from KEF and got down at the BSI terminal. We had to walk hardly 2 min to reach the hotel. The instructions were very clear to self checkin. We had to extend our stay by one night and the staff were very generous to offer us an early checkin the next day instead of waiting till 4pm which is their usual checkin timing. The place was clean with well equipped kitchen. They had kept shower gel and body wash in toilet. Overall excellent stay. Thank you Vladimir, Igor and Boge for your quick responses and support.

The spacious apartment was warm, well equipped and comfortable. The bed and linen were great. The staff were really helpful.

Very comfortable apartment with excellent kitchen equipment. We liked the place very much. In the beginning of April the balcony may not be usable due to the weather but otherwise nice to have it.

The room was spacious. Great location, close to BSI Terminal. The fridge inside the room and the comunal kitchen were helpful in saving up on food cost 😅. The luggage storage was handy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff were easy to reach out via booking.com message box.

“Excellent location for the bus station in Reykjavik”

I arrived very late at night after a storm had delayed us for over 5 hours. It was easy to access the inner lobby via a keycode but the next instruction is to open a lock box to collect the key. In the lobby, there are two types of lockboxes. Neither opened with the code I had. After wasting a few minutes (and getting worried!), I then opened the inner door and found my room and discovered the lockbox is right next to the door. Hope this helps future travellers! As for the room, it was warm, comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The path from the road to the house was swept clear of snow and ice... but see below!

Great location and enough room for four people that can shares beds!
