Everything was perfect. Very clean. Nice design. When you have a car i really recommend this place. 15 mins from the city in a quiet district. I think this is the best price quality you can find around Reykjavik.

The accommodation was outstanding—better equipped than the pictures suggested (for example, it had a De'Longhi coffee machine with excellent coffee🫶). It was also impeccably clean and pleasantly warm, even with nighttime temperatures dropping to -15°C outside. Nestled in a quiet residential area, it was the perfect base for exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding nature with a rental car. Parking was available right in front of the accommodation. Large supermarkets were conveniently located nearby and easily accessible by car. The city center, as well as popular natural attractions like the Golden Circle, were equally easy to reach, making this location a perfect balance between urban convenience and access to Iceland’s stunning landscapes. The hosts were easy to reach via the Booking.com chat, always responding promptly and offering help whenever needed. They were genuinely kind and accommodating without ever being intrusive, which made us feel especially comfortable as more introverted travelers. Despite heavy snowfall, they had even cleared a parking space for us upon arrival. When our flight was delayed by a day due to severe weather, they immediately stepped in to assist us in finding a smooth and stress-free solution. We are truly grateful to have met such wonderful and warm-hearted people. Throughout our stay, it was clear that they genuinely care about providing their guests with the best possible experience, creating the perfect setting for a memorable and carefree stay.😊 A heartfelt thank you for everything, Kristín and Markús!🫶🫶

Super comfy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood a little bit outside the city. Only a 3 minute walk to the bus station to the centre (line 5). Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Really nice and helpful hosts. + fully equipped kitchen + free WIFI that actually works + fully automatic coffee machine + TV with Netflix + geothermal shower + you might meet a super cute cat

We had a great stay in this apartment! It was very comfortable and everything you needed (and more) was there, even an espressomachine. Quite spacious too. Highly recommended! We will certainly come back when visiting Reykjavik again.

Thank you to Kristin for a wonderful stay. The flat is very warm, spacious and comfortable. You have everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfy. It feels that the owners thought about everything. If I were picky, I would say that some hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes while you are showering would be useful 😉 Communication was great.

Very well appointed and equipped. Everything you could possibly need for a short break, or even longer. Great coffee machine (Magnífica) and huge supply of quality beans. Was always good to return after a day sightseeing. Location is great: quiet cul-de-sac, local shops and take-aways. Don't be surprised to discover that it's in a converted double garage! It's very well done indeed 😀
