“Helpful staff but very uncomfortable bed”

The reception was very nice and the help and service I got as well. It was also clean and lots of showers ans toilets available. However, the room it self was incredible hot and there was only one small window to get some air inside. Also it was very loud, through the wall i could clearly hear people walking up and down the staircase while I was lying in my bed. And the bed itself was quite bad, you could feel the springs.

Great place to stay in Reykjavik, good value for money. Clean,nice bed, bathroom is quite clean. The kitchen is generally well equipped so you can save on food as well. It's walking distance from the BSI bus station and the central area.

Kept clean and tidy and meets the criteria for a hostel. There is direct airport transfer and tour buses pick you up from the location. If you are driving, there are ample parking spaces. The staff is helpful.

The staff was the best part of my stay, the two guys helped me (Peruvian guy Manuel and Venezuelan guy) to make my stay better. I would recommend it, also you have to know that the hostel doesn’t have female rooms bc of their culture.

There was no pillow on one bed. I wrote a message to get the pillow but I didn't got the answer. The bathroom was not clean and there is after 16h no stuff to ask if you need something.

Very friendly people running the hostel, clean and has everything you need

The place is budget friendly. It's close to the Perlan museum (where we watch beautifully the Northen Lights), and the Bus Travel Tour starts and ends there. So it was very easy for me and my sister. The place is clean; it just that there were tourists who didn't know how to read instructions in the kitchen. (Like, they just left their dishes their on the sink. Cannot throw properly their garbages). I haven't personally met the staff, but they're very quick to respond every time you send them messages. Overall, our stay was great. And we're planning to book again when we come back in Iceland.
