Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was great, and check-in was easy. Overall, everything was excellent.

The room was big enough, clean and looked freshly painted. There is a table, chairs, water cooker in the room and a small fridge. I was able to park nearby. Checking in worked as described in the mail.The shared toilet and shower works (there was hot water). The location is a walking distance to the centre and we enjoyed a walk around the city.

The location was absolutely perfect for the city centre. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub too!

The property is in a good location when you want to explore the center of Reykjavik- about few-minute-walk to Hallgrimskirkja and 10 mins to the BSI bus terminal. We booked a room for 2 and we got a quite spacious and comfortable room with a double bed, a small dining table with 2 chairs, a fridge, electric water heater and free coffee and teabags. The staff are also very nice and reachable and they made it possible for us to check in two hours before the check-in time. There is also the outdoor hot tub (we did not use it)!

“Good accommodation for transit in Reykjavík”
Very good position close to city center; despite no private parking it was easy to find free parking nearby. Boiler, tea are available in room. Sink as well in room. I don’t like self checkin, but here was really very easy. The host answered to phone call when I needed

“Really nice and amazing service”
We accidentaly booked the wrong date, we called them when we were there. Because that is when we found out. And they were really kind and switched it to that day, without extra fees. 10/10 service!

Room was spotlessly clean Location was excellent - a mere 5 - 10 minute walk from BSI Bus Station, Hallgrimskirkja and the main downtown shopping area of Reykjavik Self check-in process was extremely easy and stress-free Even though the bathrooms were shared, the bedroom still had a sink, which was useful A fridge was provided in the bedroom Bed was comfortable Price was reasonable, especially for Iceland

Good location, comfortable large, clean rooms. We had an issue with the heaters that stopped working at one point of the night but the host let us move to another room so all good.
