“Exceptional”
The hotel was beautiful, the room (Junior Suite) was spacious and very comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast on our fist morning and were thrilled with the packed breakfast that was prepared for us. The buffet breakfast on the remaining mornings was exception. Delicious and an amazing selection

“Decent accommodation, extremely disappointing staff, will not go back.”
The hotel is well-located and relatively easy to find. Although we first entered via the restaurant. It is an adequate hotel room, although we felt it was pretty pricey for what it was. Maybe it's just Icelandic prices; we were not used to them. At night, it was pretty loud and we could still hear the street noises with the window closed on the 5th floor. Not enough to stop us from sleeping, but it might not be very pleasant for light sleepers.

“Great, with some advice...”
Great reception staff and location. Very happy with breakfast, cleanliness, decor etc. My only advice is that the restaurant is thunderingly noisy, so do not plan to use it unless you're under 20! Make sure your room is not on that side of the building. Also the rooms seem generally to be on the small side, especially the single room which is very tight indeed.
