Quiet place for couples, the warm bath tubes were available in the garden, free parking in front of the building. In the nearby there was a gas-station, a reestaurant and a grocery, but we used only the fuel station. rooms are well equipped, clean and large enough. Breakfast is a normal English one, served in a separate building, but next to the main one.

“2nd stop on our Iceland trip.”
We stayed for 2 nights, and I've never experienced a remote (self) check in before, but the communication of what room we were in and the key pad access code worked very well. Perfect location for us experiencing the Golden Circle, and after a long day driving and sightseeing, an outside hot tub was very much needed and welcomed. There are 2 available on site, from 3pm til 9pm from memory, and both were very clean and well maintained. Complimentary gowns and slippers are available in the room for walking to and from the hot tubs. The hotel is in a remote area, but that was perfect for peace and quiet. A restaurant called Mika's is across the road, with a shop and fuel station next to it. Our room was immaculate upon entry and there was a good selection of hot and cold food options at breakfast. For peace and tranquility, it was perfect! I would definitely come back if we ever have the chance of returning to Iceland.
