Lovely, clean and cozy guesthouse with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable shared living room with large panoramic windows. The location is peaceful in the middle of the countryside on a farm with beautiful views and animals nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed in two rooms in this lovely house, and everything was very clean and cozy. There’s a shared living room with large panoramic windows - we were lucky enough to see the first Northern Lights of our lives right from there! In the morning, we woke up to a stunning view of the lake and lots of adorable sheep outside. The house also has a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook, and the host is incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend this place! 🌿✨

This is a cosy 80s-style guesthouse with several bedrooms and a large common area. The view from the living room is amazing. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. It is possible to walk over to a farm and see some farm animals.

Great location in the middle of the countryside in what looks to be a working farm. Rooms were great and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and wonderful common rooms in case inclemental weather keeps you inside. Great short walk to your own private waterfall, super cool!

First time to West Fjord and we really liked the journey to this house. The scenery was also nice. Surrounding nature was beautiful. And the living room and kitchen were absolutely amazing. Everything was so clean.

“Incredible, worth the drive”

One of the highlights, accommodation-wise, of my 10 day trip! The guesthouse is lovely and spacious, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more, and the little hike up to the waterfall behind the property is breathtaking! There was a little mixup with which room to take, maybe a list could be printed or something like that, but the staff were super friendly and helpful and we had it sorted within minutes. Can't wait to stay again next time I'm in Iceland!

A self-contained guesthouse with shared facilities - kitchen, bathroom, living area. It felt like an airbnb, with effort made to make the stay comfortable and easy. We didn't use the kitchen more than to store stuff in the fridge and make a cuppa, which it was definitely adequate for. Cupboards were labelled to make it easier to find things. Even a dishwasher! The living room area boasted of large windows looking out to the sea, comfortable chairs, and dining table area (with extra one in the kitchen). We had sea view from the window which was lovely, and even woke at night to see aurora dancing in the sky. Beautiful. The shower corner was large, lovely bathroom, got nice and warm with heater on. Nice toilet paper (none of that one-ply stuff).

Super cozy, loved the short walk to the waterfall behind the property. Full of useful ammenities in kitchen, and bathroom!

It was a really quiet and calm area, not much around and perfect to get away from crowded masses. Very friendly owner and super cozy house where they have multiple rooms for rent. Sheep and a waterfall nearby, stunning view of the ocean and also northern lights if the weather is good. Perfect stay, wish it had been longer.
