“Confirmed Reservation Ignored – Extremely Poor Customer Service”
After more than four hours of driving, we arrived at the hotel at around 9:00 PM, where the receptionist informed us, despite our fully paid reservation, confirmed arrival time, and completed online check-in, that no room was available for us and that we would have to find alternative accommodation ourselves. His chaotic, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude resulted in a further two hours of stress and uncertainty before he finally arranged accommodation for us at another hotel and confirmed that the related costs would be covered. In more than 30 years of traveling, I have never experienced such an unacceptable level of customer service; I will not stay with this hotel chain again and expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.

“We will never return to this hotel.”
We booked two nights, received a confirmation with a deadline to be at the hotel to ensure a guaranteed stay, we arrived before this deadline, but we were informed that there was no guarantee forcing us to search for a different hotel for the next night.

The location was good, it was quiet even though we were close to the centre. The room was excellent with everything available that you would need for the traveller. It was easy to unpack luggage from our bikes in the garage below and use the lift to the room with ease.

“Good for a quick stay”
The breakfast was quite good. It had pretzels and other breads and we liked that there was two vegetable milk options. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel.
