Excellent location, friendly staff, charming hotel although a bit outdated rooms, well functioning AC, and beautiful surroundings.

Friendliness of the staff across all the roles in the hotel, as well as the extremely central location in the old town. I visited the hotel in the beginning of the season opening in April but I suppose it would be amazing to sit around the pool at the inner patio and have Cafe Freddo during the summer time.

The jacuzzi was top notch, don't forget to switch it off on the eletrical switchboard to silence it at night. Two terraces, overlooking the magnificent old town skyline - Washing machine, oven, dishwasher An interior design makes you feel at home, - The entrance lobby is a must in an era where they squeeze every penny out of every square meter Plants and flowers and taste everywhere Very clean Breakfast is amazing, honey combs, meringue lemon pie, strawberry cakes, filter coffee and all the standards of the "international breakfast" that will suit most

The property was well located in the best part of town. The staff were friendly helpful giving us tips on the best places to eat and visit the breakfast was absolutely top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we went back a second time for two more days, well done keep up the good work.

Excellent location in the centre. We stayed on the top floor with a little terrace which offered a beautiful view. The traditional building is beautiful. Staff at the reception was super helpful and forthcoming.

The hotel was excellent spacious room, very clean, staff good but my husband was disappointed with the breakfast because there was never any hot food and when we asked for hot food the waiter responded with disapproval.

I have mixed feelings about how to rate this one: the experience was excellent and it was terrific value for money. This might, of course, vary with time of year: we were literally the last guests to walk out before they closed for the winter season. Everything was high quality and the staff were very helpful, hence my high score. However, international-standard "boutique" and "luxury" it did not reach: it is an excellent three plus or four star hotel in an ideal location in the centre of the old town. The breakfast room is attractive at the end of the small pool but it floods when it rains, leaving the only lounge area the foyer looking out at the front door; the breakfast was superb.

This SLH property is a little jewel situated in the heart of the old town. An enchanting location full of charm. The staff were attentive and put care into ensuring every guest feels valued. Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of the old town. Be warned that you can not get a car or taxi to the door due to the street width. The hotel is very close to many really good restaurants and one irish bar. Staff at reception were very helpful. The room was quirky as the bed was on a mezzanine floor which we did not expect. Watch the stairs to the bed as that are narrow and steep.
