“Wonderful base to see Requena and surrounding area”
Very spacious bedrooms for 5 people. The kitchen and dining room are well stocked with basics. The bathrooms have items to use. The location is super central. Very easy to walk to restaurants. We went to Sierra nord wine tour, 15 mins drive away. There are several parking options nearby. They also went above and beyond helping to look for a book that I thought I left in the bedroom.

Right in the heart of the old town centre. Tricky but fun to drive to. It was above expectation for a town the age of Requena. We are not fussy about the little things with places. The clothes washing machine was appreciated. Modern yet old world comes together nicely. A firm thumbs up for a two star accommodation.

The location was right in the centre of the old Requena village, all the tourist attractions and restaurants were just a few steps away. The owner came at a scheduled departure time to us how we liked the stay.

3 storey house plenty of room. Wood pellet burners for heating which gave out plenty of heat. Gave clear information on how to set up WiFi, heating, get in/ out, local area etc.

Nice modern renovation but retaining a lot of the old building character. nice living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated in the old part of Requena, close to shops and restaurants.

“Nice place to explore wine region!”
The house and location are very nice. The contact with Alex is fast and good. It was possible to leave our stuff at the house before checkin time so we didnt had to carry it. Which we really appreciated. The house was bigger than we expected. A good place to be with a family of friends. All was very comfortable & clean. Also it was very quiet.
