Very friendly staff, helpful, and the rooms were good enough for the family and the surrounding were also good enough. Parking lot is very good for parking Utes. Very well placed and good atmosphere for family.

“The customer service at this location is very poor”
We were not told that they don't replace towels on a daily basis. when we called and asked for towels on day two they said they would bring them to us and never did. Continental breakfast was not available on one of the days we stayed The sink in the bathroom was plugged up

The fact Of showing up to find out the pool was closed which was the main reason we rebooked at this location for a basketball tournament and then the Wi-Fi was down the whole time we were there . Our first room the tub was clogged when we went to run the water to take a shower and that should have been something “Housekeeping “ should have caught upon cleaning the tub.Upon checking out I asked why I had these charges on my account when I know what the total was including the tax and then the lady at the front desk told me I was charged for parking and I tried to explain the last time we stayed we were not charged for parking and she went on to say it’s under new management and that the previous staff didn’t do a good job enforcing that rule. In which I understood but if we stayed at the hotel why would we pay when all the spots were just open and not covered makes no sense .
